John and Wendy extend a warm welcome to you at this traditional public house set in its own beer garden with ample parking facilities.

The Duke offers a range of well kept Lagers and Ciders associated with a good pub. As a Free House flavoursome cask ales are sourced from local breweries with some guest ales from further afield.

Traditional English pub grub is produced in our kitchen with locally sourced produce to the fore and is served in our comfortable dining area with value for money in mind. Sunday lunches are becoming famous and people say they are the best for (s)miles.

Pub games are played at the Duke.  Pool League games are played on Tuesdays and a free table is provided on Monday evenings for practice so why not come along and see if your good enough! Darts teams play on Wednesdays and Fridays and we are always looking for serious players. In-house and Open competitions are planned for the winter months.
